Capital Involvement

The amount of capital invested depends on the project type and the arrangements with the company partners and managements boards. Our shareholding in the company is not the most important criterion in making investment decision. In most companies we have from 30% to 100% shares. We can commit from 1 million to 5 million PLN to any single project, but our financial involvement in particular projects can be much higher.

The company development is the most important issue to us, therefore we prefer to allocate profits in project backup. If the strategy requires that, we are able to bankroll additional capital expenditures.
